I've been doing some thinking. A dangerous pass time, I know. But, I am pretty sure my body has peaked and is now on the decline. Sorry to let you all down, but I'm entering my old man stage of life. We went to Subway on Thursday, and I ordered a scrumptious, foot long, Spicy Italian sandwich. I was nearly full on just the first 6 inch!! Once I was 3/4ths in, I was stuffed. I have obtained old man status!  If this isn't evidence enough, we were talking to some people about a miracle, and I said, "Isn't that neat." Once I realized the phrase I had begun, I choked on my words, and didn't quite finish the word "neat." However, it was too late. At this rate, I will give my homecoming talk with a walker, and I will make a comment about how I left my reading glasses at home, so I can see the audience, but not my talk, which was printed on a typewriter. Joe's baptism is in 2 days! Pray for it go smoothly!!  A few days ago we taught this young mother the Plan of Salvation, and over and over again she was like, "That is what I already thought", or "That just makes sense!" It is so cool for people to realize that our gospel, (Christ's Gospel) is true. It is correct! When Joe tells his story he says, "It's like I was looking for something I already knew." We all came from the Pre-Mortal Life, we already did know! It is so great to have the spirit reconfirm truth to our hearts. Elder Gerrit W Gong came and talked to our mission! Right off the bat he did something legendary. A sister sang a beautiful song about the restoration, and afterwards, Elder Gong popped up to the pulpit and said, "We don't do this very often, but that was beautiful song and its message is so important. We have met with him a lot and he has progressed so much, giving up much to be able to make covenants. Please pray that things can go well and he can be able to make that amazing covenant with our Heavenly Father! -We have been able to get out with some of the priests and people in the YSA a good amount this week. I must be a really untolerable companion... because I have another one! His name is Elder Jonkman. Taught a man named Mathers. The Elder I replaced was named Elder Marshall from Detroit. Too many sorcerers! One time we were biking down a street and this man who was chilling with his buddies that we said hi to was down to talk. He asked us some questions and we gave some answers. Then... he pointed to the dart board in his garage and asked, "Do y'all play?"  We accepted the challenge and started off the match.  The man would ask me which 3 numbers he should hit, then he would get all three. I was a little intimidated and got off to a slow start. As the game progressed, Elder Madsen's score became less and less relevant, yet, out of nowhere, he decided to throw a wager on the game. "If we win, we can teach you for 10 minutes. If you beat us, you can teach us whatever you want for 10 minutes." In my mind I was so confused why my companion would add so much extra pressure, especially when I was 5ish throws behind. The man's friends started laughing, and h...
