"Aloof" would be a really good book title. Just saying. I expect someone to write that book. I will sign a copy upon my return. In the meantime, the work has been moving in an upward spiral at unimaginable speeds. It's going so fast that the centripetal force keeps me locked into the work. No seat belt. No helmet. I couldn't jump out if I wanted. India Gulf Coast niner niner, the work is picking up.  We have put out some Facebook posts in local groups about how we are happy to do service. A lady reached out to us last week and asked if we could help her put together a pizza oven. We went over and found out she had recently had a stroke so she wasn't able to do it. It felt really good to help her.  We were also teaching our friend Elisa, and we were just reading through Matthew 3. With like 8 verses left she was like, "Wait I have a question. What do you believe about the Trinity?" We showed her the last couple verses and it was an Oogway moment for sure....

This week was amazing. The Lord is in this work, and I know He wants all to come unto Him. There is an overload of content for this email. Instead of throwing it all in here, I will walk you through a goated story of epic proportions. We need a burglar. Imagine a land, in a far away place, where the caravans came in Dodge. The story starts with a carrier pigeon floating a message through the cloud to the Lindsay 3rd ward Ward Mission Leader. "We would love to have you come with us to a few lessons Wednesday night." He said sure, and the rest is history. I remember that night, I just might remember that night for the rest of my days. We met him in a new gated community in the area, where the gates stay open throughout the day, for our first lesson! After that, we hopped in his stick shift Honda Civic and civilly skirted to some other homes in the area. Rounding out the night we stopped by our new friend Elisa! Naturally as one does, completely nonchalantly, we glided to him like a dementor smelling some soul. When we approached, and asked him a few questions to get things going, he said, "Y'all used to come over and teach my wife." It was a push-up-your-sunglasses moment. This led me to join a philosophy group for some of my Facebook finding time. I made a post about defining character, and got lots of responses.
