To all those who are wishing they could be chilling in a hot tub with their soul mate: MICHAEL AND AMANDA GOT MARRIED! Twas so gas. We were privileged enough to attend, and it was pretty cool! I am so hyped for them and glad they have made this step! Michael is going to be baptized this Saturday (Ys and Prayers up please) We pulled up to dinner with this older German lady, and she decided to make a sauerkraut stew with pig feet. It was sooo good with these salty potatoes that complete the dish! Definitely found a love for sauerkraut that I didn't know was there. Elder Sherwood championed through his plate, but let's just say that when all was said and done, the kind lady offered me the fatty piece of flab around the ankle of the pig. I felt pretty special. We have been extremely blessed this week. One day we talked to this guy who was getting out of his car. I think it's needs meet to switch this thing up right quick.  Mormon 1:15 "...I was visited of the Lord, and tasted and knew of the goodness of Jesus" Ether 12:41 "I would commend you to seek this Jesus of whom the prophets and apostles have written..." 1 Nephi 15:14 "...come to the knowledge of [our] Redeemer and the very points of his doctrine, that [we] may know how to come unto him and be saved" Hebrews 4:16 "Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need." Alma 29:4 "...he granteth unto men according to their desire, whether it be unto death or unto life..." I love the scriptures! We have had some cool lessons where I see our friends truly seeking to know if the Book of Mormon is the word of God. It is. So yeah, things are good. So hype! Dame time. The take off ramp was definitely reinforced this week. This ain't no Learn 2 Fly sandbag. But RIP the homie takeoff. I need to be more grateful. The Lord is pouring His spirit all over the place.  -We werent able to get in contact with our friend Sandra for like 3 weeks. We talked to her again, and she was ready to set a goal to be baptized!  -A lot of our friends were found recently.  -Can we get hype for our bother Michael! He came to church AGAIN and his baptism at the end of the month is rolling a week closer. -And... we played golf today. Goldfinger. You will get 1 million dollars. Insert amen. Elder  Sheppert

It is so fun to meet them and hear their stories. They are such good people.  Seeds of Hope: We go to a community garden at a Presbyterian church and help with whatever they ask for (planting things, ripping out plants...)
