Some days we wake up and teach the people that we've found and
Then we need to make sure that faith in Christ keeps us grindin'
Feel the joy the gospel brings and then we hit rewind and
I see my friends find the joy that is in the Lord's TIMIN'! 


On the down low, we have had a lot of sweets these last few weeks. Like, to be honest with you man... I don't even know.


High key the work has been poppin', (lock it, polkadot it.) We have been really focused on working with members to unite the work. We need to step it up though. The more I learn, the more I need to learn. It's like when you first start the cotton candy machine, and you are grabbing those first whispy strands of sugary goodness. THAT DON'T ADD UP TO MY STARBURRY GRAPE SWIRL. We are just scratching SuRfAcE (IYKYK)

Shout out to all those who will be spending time with loved ones this holiday, wishing they could be back on their missions. Ya'll are real ones for taking one for the team. As for me and my house, we gon' party bringing light and truth to the world. (I'm really sorry you all can't be out here, maybe a senior mission??)


For real, I have wanted to serve a mission since we were watching the Netherlands in the world cup like 12 or 16 years ago and my dad told some stories 'bout his mish, but it is so worth it. PEOPLE CHANGE. I see the hand of the Lord. Do you? You can... just ask (with real intent).

The rumors are true. I still buy green bananas, even after all that the prophet has taught. In other news... this is the last week of this part of my mission. I'll be back in the Couve on Friday!  The last few weeks people have asked, "Are you nervous, excited, scared, or what?" I'm really just feeling good! Paul Was The First Masterbuilder!!

1 Corinthians 3:10 "According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon." Be the special! We taught a super cool, extremely spiritual lesson Friday to one of our friends! She is a really nice lady with some adult kids and a husband. She really was seeking peace. We had felt like we should send a reminder text about the lesson to her an hour and a half before the lesson (and thought nothing of it). When we arrived she said she was at work until just a few minutes ago. She was planning to ask to reschedule because she had a lot to get done, but then she got the reminder text from us. She showed it to her boss and said she thought our text was a sign that she needed that lesson. She left work and met with us. We showed her how she can find peace on her own in the scriptures. "Surrounded By Russians"

This was a solid week. I have learned a lot about many different parts of the gospel. My district just got to the in-person MTC today (Wednesday), and it is so sweet!! The people here are so fun, and it is so amazing to work with them in person! I have a very cool story to share.  On my 6 am flight :) from Portland to Salt Lake City today, I was seated on an aisle seat. There was another elder a couple of rows away, so we started talking about where we were going. When I said Dnipro, the man across the aisle from me said with a heavy accent, "You're going to Ukraine!" He proceeded to tell me he was born in Ukraine and grew up in Russia. He was fluent in both Russian and Ukrainian. His family was in the two rows near him. It was so cute to hear his kids say things I could actually understand in Russian.
